A multinational medical devices company is seeking a FP&A professional with a background in the medical devices industry.Responsibilities:
* Work closely with business/function leaders and the team members in developing financial plans and forecasts while working closely with the counterparts in APAC and Global business unit
* Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual planning and reporting requirements
* Monitor revenue and margin performance of the businesses/functions, search and understand the drivers behind the numbers, and identify actionable insights and bring them into actions
* Collaborate with accounting and other teams in Finance to ensure the compliance of financials with the rules and guidelines according to the world-wide finance manual and other important rules
* Drive compliance, financial discipline and integrity from finance point of view
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or MBA in a relevant field
* 3+ years' experience in finance
* IT skills
* Business level fluent Japanese; English communication proficiency
