A Service Quality Senior Manager position is now available at a leading logistics and delivery firm.Responsibilities:
* Finalise and manage country-wide performance optimisation initiatives
* Decide on KPIs and performance targets that comply with global objectives
* Review country-wide quality performance and draw attention to accomplishments and issues
* Analyse and report underperformance in the assigned areas to stakeholders
* Work with stakeholders to resolve underperformance
* Drive skill growth within the department through an understanding of training needs
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in operations management, logistics, transport planning, analysis, or related fields
* 2+ years of experience in a management position
* Proven experience in project management
* Expertise in operations, ground, hub, and gateway processes
* Native level Japanese; business level English
