Japanese management consulting firm, servicing both Japanese/Non-Japanese clients
Your new role
As a GA member of their GA department, you will be responsible for:
* Office supply management/inventory control
* Building maintenance
* Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions (e.g. troubleshooting)
* Managing contracts
* Supporting internal events
* Communication/coordination of company-wide information (e.g. business strategies, company-wide notifications, etc. - 全社的コミュニケーション管理)
What you'll need to succeed
* 3+ years of GA experience within GA department
* Native Japanese, Business English (able to take calls/emails in English)
