SUMMARY
To support our growth and expansion plans in Japan we are looking for a Finance Manager to join the fast paced, dynamic finance team. The hands－on role offers both variety and
responsibility along with the opportunity to make a strong contribution to the team.
This position will report to Finance Director for Japan.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, in the area of:
• Responsible for timely, consistent and accurate monthly local GAAP and US GAAP for group reporting
o Lead and co－ordinate the monthly close process
o Responsible for Revenue, ASP, OPEX and Balance Sheet review ＆ comments
o Review monthly reconciliations for submission to Corporate Office
• Responsible for working capital management including AR collection and payment processing, supported by teams in Singapore and Costa Rica
• Ensure accounting policies and procedures comply with legal and Corporate guidelines/policies, including compliance （FCPA）
• Develop and deliver ad hoc reports for business needs

- 必須

・10＋ years of relevant experience with 5＋ years in managerial/supervisory role
・Work experience within a multinational corporation and demonstrated ability to operate
across a cross－functional matrix
・Healthcare industry （Pharma/Med Device/Dental） is a plus; 3＋ years prior experience supporting commercial functions （Sales and/or Marketing） is required
・Experience in leading a team, and a good team player
・Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; professional accounting
certification such as Certified Public Accountant / Chartered Accountant is a plus, but not
required
・Language: English （written and spoken）
・Strong systems skills with prior experience of Finance ERP system. Working knowledge of
SAP is a big plus
