A successful medical devices organisation is searching for an FP&A Manager. The candidate who enters this role will be responsible for working with business units for financial forecasts, financial planning, revenue and cost monitoring, etc.
仕事内容
A successful medical devices organisation is searching for an FP&A Manager.
Responsibilities:

* Provide assistance in developing robust financial plans and forecasts
* Manage various strategic planning requirements in an efficient manner
* Track revenue and margin performance of the business unit
* Conduct cost monitoring and controlling informed by the cost structure of the company
* Work with accounting and other teams in finance to ensure financials are of top quality
* Uphold compliance, financial discipline, and integrity

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in or above in a relevant field
* CPA or BOKI level 2 is a plus
* 8+ years of work experience in FP&A or as a finance partner
* IT skills
* Experience in people management
* Strong communication proficiency in Japanese and English
