A global tech company is looking to hire an HR and GA Assistant.Responsibilities:
* Manage the digital HR system and record updates on new employees, leavers, and related employee changes
* Organise training as needed using the digital HR system
* Communicate with local recruitment agents and assist in interview arrangements
* Oversee the office phone network
* Assist the finance team with administrative tasks when necessary
* Coordinate accommodations and transportation for the general manager and international guests
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent is ideal
* Experience in administration
* Experience handling confidential information
* Experience managing outsourced payroll functions is a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Verbal and written English and Japanese proficiency
