A prominent luxury goods company is looking to hire a Digital and E-Commerce Manager.Responsibilities:
* Oversee design, delivery and on-going operations of company's e-commerce capabilities
* Manage the company and brands' various teams to develop a competitive e-commerce platform
* Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations so that all partners, processes, and systems are improved and monitored
* Cooperate with brands for online brand building and promotional activities
* Interface with and coach online sales associates
* Monitor performance analytics and reporting of e-commerce activities
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent
* 6+ years of work experience in e-Commerce and digital marketing for consumer brands or websites
* 2+ years of managerial experience at a sizeable e-commerce business
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams
* Strong understanding of Japanese consumer behaviour
* Fluent level Japanese; excellent communication proficiency in English
