A leading global industry manufacturer is now looking to hire a Lead Marketing Specialist, preferably with a background in Chemistry.Responsibilities:
* Integrate inputs to develop distinctive product plans
* Develop specific value propositions for customer segments
* Develop pricing recommendations
* Conduct analytics to support pricing, and support implementation of pricing policies
* Lead external communication efforts with regional marketing team, A&S leadership team and marketing communications: trade shows, selling tools, print/media approach, external communication plan
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Chemistry (MBA preferred)
* 5+ years' experience in a large, global, matrix-based company or consulting firm, with proven marketing and product/business positioning skills
* Work experience in aerosol industry, personal care/ household industry preferred
* Business level fluency in English
* 3+ years' commercial experience in the chemical industry, with at least 2 years in a marketing role
