A successful software organisation is looking to hire a Technical Expert.Responsibilities:
* Oversee IT training activities
* Maintain the ability to access customer infrastructure, data, etc.
* Deliver patches, custom, upgrades, etc. to customers with the best possible methods
* Get customer input and keep reference documents for customers
* Conduct configuration and workshops for product life-cycle management
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or a computer related discipline
* 5+ years of experience with 3+ years of relevant solution experience
* Fashion industry experience is a plus
* Proficiency in Japanese and English
