- A leading international company in renewable energy is looking for a Legal Senior Manager. This position is responsible for performing various tasks related to and provide expert advice on legal matters in the company. Candidates with experience working at companies within the energy, infrastructure and/or construction sectors are highly preferred for this role.

A leading international company in renewable energy is looking for a Legal Senior Manager.Responsibilities:
* Provide legal advice and guidance on legal matters
* Prepare, review, revise MOUs for asset acquisition, land related contracts,
construction related contracts, service agreements with vendors, legal letters, NDAs, etc.
* Review contracts and legal documents to protect Company's interests
* Organize legal documents and manage contractual obligations and deadlines
Requirements:
* 3+ years of legal training and/or experience
* 3+ years' professional experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
* Relevant experience at real estate or investment companies
* Business level verbal and written fluency both in English and Japanese
* Knowledge of civil law, corporate law and commercial law and other regulations and administrative documentation required for operation of the Company
* Documentation management experience
