募集背景
A leading manufacturer of automotive parts is looking for a R&D Controller with a financial controlling background. This position will be responsible for handling expenses and financial data compliance for R&D projects.
仕事内容
A leading manufacturer of automotive parts is looking for a R&D Controller with a financial controlling background.
Responsibilities:

* Follow up on quotation validation, margin follow up, back on track plan follow up
* Perform R&D expenses follow-up, specially focusing on red projects and coordination of the twice-a-year reforecast
* Manage 5-year (mid-term) plans, budgets and monthly closing
* Ensure compliance of the financial data with the IFRS and for the compliance to the internal control rules
* Support the deployment of the R&D and projects new tools

Requirements:

* Master's degree in Finance, Controlling or a related discipline
* 4+ years' experience in project or R&D controlling
* Knowledge of reporting tools and major ERP system (SAP)
* Competency in Excel
* Business level proficiency in English, German or French desirable
* Advanced fluency in Japanese
