An international chemical materials company is now recruiting for a Business Development Manager in personal care products field.Responsibilities:
* Develop new business and application from the existing market, existing and potential customer networks
* Expands the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
* Resolves conflicts and any issues faced by customers and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
* Set and track sales account targets, sales metrics
* Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements
* Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; developing new applications
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in personal care or relevant field, Master's degree preferred
* Experience as a Business Development or Product Manager
* Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
* Understanding of sales performance metrics
* 10+ years of experience in the personal care industry
* 5+ years of experience in personal care sales/technical role preferred
