A multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking a Talent Management & Organisation Development (TMOD) Associate.Responsibilities:
* Responsible for planning/implementing assigned TM/OD initiative
* Assist implementation of effective, user friendly and integrated business process
* Ensure adequate reporting of adverse events, technical complaints, compliance issues in accordance with company procedures
* Ensure timely delivery of all training requirements including compliance
* Support Group Manager/Manager to implement OTR process in collaboration with Global Talent Management team
* Support the improvement of workplace/culture through effective implementation of the PMP process
* Contribute to accelerate talent development through effective implementation of the Band Promotion process
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* Business level or higher fluent in both Japanese and English (TOEIC 900+)
* 5+ years' experiences in strategy, TM/OD or human resources area at a large multinational company
* Knowledge and experience across numerous TM/OD disciplines
* Consulting experience desirable
