An international cosmetics company is now looking for an experienced leader in accounting as the LE Controller.Responsibilities:
* Provide robust monthly financial data to corporate that complies with company policies and deadlines
* Review, approve statutory accounts, financial statements and USGAAP vs statutory accounts reconciliation; review and approve cash flow reports, quarterly and annual financial reporting packs
* Supervise quality of operation at an overseas shared service centre
* Improve working capital by reducing receivables and stretching payables
* Resolve problems including engagement and mitigation in escalations and queries
* Search for cost-effective ways to improve the service, without compromising on quality
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in accounting; experience in the beauty/consumer products a plus
* Experience of managing teams
* Business level fluency in both Japanese and English
* Advance Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion
* Knowledge of SOX compliances
* Experience and knowledge related with accounting, legal and indirect tax
