A global technology insurance company is seeking to hire an Internal Communications & Community Engagement Manager.Responsibilities:
* Manage internal communication channels to convey company messages to all employees in a timely manner
* Develop ideas for morale building, charitable and community activities and work with internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of a wide range of events, including training, employee engagement and others.
* Develop and implement Diversity and Inclusion programme for Japan
* Organise regional employee engagement initiatives, implement programmes to achieve engagement and create an enjoyable work environment and positive culture that reinforces the company's core values and Leadership Principles
* Establish effective and centralised internal communication systems and processes to help drive employee engagement and manage the effectiveness of all internal communications to employees at multiple levels
* Ensure business, system and employee changes are communicated correctly, appropriately and in a timely manager
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Design or an equivalent discipline
* Excellent written and spoken English and Japanese language skills
* Experience in a communications or events role
* Exceptional people management, organisational and event planning skills
