A biopharmaceutical company is looking for an Industry Technology Specialist.Responsibilities:
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and use insights to contribute to product, tool and service developments
* Maintain good relationships with customers by solving customer issues, participating in customer meetings, and identifying sales prospects
* Support launch teams by providing industry and technical insights, planning lab work, and participating in test marketing and roll out
* Manage testing to meet customer requirements and develop new testing procedures based on the must current industry knowledge
* Actively communicate with the global R&D teams to ensure knowledge sharing for better solutions
Requirements:
* Master's of Science or equivalent experience
* Fluent level Japanese and English (written and spoken)
