A leading IT security solution company is seeking the Head of SMB.Responsibilities:
* Recruit, retain and manage a world-class high performance team
* Set aspirational goals and drive team towards success while ensuring coordination between roles across teams to win business and remove blockers
* Lead partner recruitment motion within the region aligned to business requirements
* Lead partner development based on local capacity requirements and inputs from SMB teams
* Lead the SMB Channel management activities of SMB Team on a territory to ensure revenue targets are met
* Drives execution of HQ guidelines and New Business development framework within Team and Channel partners
* Accelerate SMB business growth thru broad and scalable marketing campaigns and resources focused on New Business, drive proper campaign planning, landing and execution
Requirements:
* 10+ years' experience in partner management, sales management, partner channel development, people management, business development, alliance management in the technology industry
* Skills in setting and executing customer strategy, thus translating strategy into actions and marketing/sales motions
* Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations or a relevant discipline; MBA preferred
