A global IT solutions company is looking to hire a Customer Success Engineer.Responsibilities:
* Serve as a representative of the company to the customer and build strong relationships
* Participate in customer workshops to define business and technical requirements
* Design and implement solutions and ETL processes to satisfy customer requirements
* Administer QA and data cleansing techniques as needed
* Plan and execute user acceptance testing and end-user training workshops
* Cooperate with the product management team as well as other overseas teams to design and prioritize features necessary for the company's technology stack
* Conduct on-call customer support during critical periods and e-mail support during non-critical periods
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
* 2+ years' experience in technical engineering or similar client facing technical roles
* 2+ years' experience designing and implementing CRM or ETL solutions with major vendor products
* Advanced SQL proficiency with experience in business analysis and reporting
* Experience handling large volumes of data
* Business level proficiency in both English and Japanese
