A leading global enterprise software company is searching for a Customer Engagement Manager.Responsibilities:
* Educate customers on how to leverage end-to-end usage of engagement plans
* Manage mission critical situations and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity
* Communicate and showcase customer success based on current customer satisfaction processes and guidelines
* Handle dispatching and monitoring activities according to internal business rules and processes
* Drive self-learning through personal development planning
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in a service & support or customer success role
* Experience ensuring customer success and successfully driving issues to resolution
* Project management experience is a plus
* English proficiency (TOEIC 700+)
