The person in this role will work on various projects covering pre-sales activities, product requirement definitions, team management, partner relations, project management, engineering activities, IT staff management, and technical support.

A widely respected IT security company is looking for a new Solutions Architect.Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the business team and take lead of pre-sales efforts such as technical presentations for clients, sales plans, and proposals
* Use technical and industry knowledge to aid sales efforts via the clear explanation of product designs and the definition of field requirements
* Serve as an expert on consumer security technology and provide consultation to other solutions architects
* Develop and document partner requirements to ensure a successful product delivery
* Oversee the pre-sales process and meet product sales targets
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in networking, software development, and technical customer service respectively
* Proficiency in Windows, Android, and Unix
* Understanding of L2/L3 topology design and protocol in ISP networks
* Native level Japanese; fluent level English
