A digital marketing agency is now recruiting for a Client Service Manager.Responsibilities:
* Conduct basic demonstrations of the company to prospective clients with other relevant internal teams
* Conduct basic and intermediate training for new and existing company users in person and remotely
* Respond to incoming company support requests from users via email and telephone
* Log, resolve or escalate issues raised by users following the defined processes
* Support other sales and client services staff
Requirements:
* High business level fluency in Japanese
* Working Knowledge of SEM and social media
* Knowledge of other marketing channels highly desirable
