A multinational consumer goods company is searching for a User Experience Manager for their e-commerce department.Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement content across e-commerce platforms in line with the brand guidelines
* Maintain tracking of portfolio content across all platforms and ensure it is always up-to-date
* Work with in-house e-commerce team and liaise with brand team to drive creation of rich content across e-commerce platforms
* Develop and optimize product descriptions and SKU listings to achieve a high rank in online searches
* Oversee customer service performance on product discussions, reviews, and ratings
* Manage CRM content development and subscriptions to boost sales performance
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Fine Arts, Business Management, or a related discipline
* 2+ years' experience in digital/online marketing performance analytics and optimization
* Experience leading and managing digital media, social media, brand, and O2O, including managing agencies
* Knowledge of basic content marketing principles
* Strong knowledge of website analytics tools
