An automation software company is searching for a new Technical Account Manager.Responsibilities:
* Manager relationships with customers, proactively finding ways to meet customer's needs, to achieve high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction
* Run workshops, trainings, and business reviews to actively provide solutions to customer's needs and keep them up to date on best practices
* Work closely with cross functional teams and technical account managers to translate insights into solutions for customers
* Assist with customer references and case studies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science
* 3+ years' experience programming in .NET (C#, C++, VB, Java, or Powershell)
* 2+ years' experience in customer-facing, account management, or consulting organization
* Technical support, project management, technical sales, consultancy, and front-end development experience
* Experience working in automation is a plus
* Written English proficiency
