A global telecommunications services company is searching for a Project Manager for satellite installation projects. This position is responsible forResponsibilities:
* Responsible and accountable for fast and efficient delivery of new installation of satellite communication systems to customer vessels worldwide
* Manage delivery towards both the customer and internal departments Project execution in accordance with contract, scope of work, budgets, schedules and quality requirements
* Conduct project reporting
* Participate in internal- and customer meetings and bid teams
* Maintain close contact with customers (shipyards/ship-owners)
* Perform Site Surveys on board vessels
* Provide technical assistance and support to customers
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Telecommunications, Business Administration or a related discipline
* Knowledge of project management
* Experience in customer handling, preferably in the maritime industry
* Knowledge of satellite, network, IP technologies, IT, telecommunication
* Competency in MS Office, MS Project
* Business level verbal and written proficiency in English
* A valid passport and a driver's license
