An international industrial manufacturer is seeking a Financial Controller with team management skills.Responsibilities:
* Supervise month-end closing activities, including preparation and posting journal entries and reconciliation of general ledger accounts
* Support review and sign-off of tax and statutory reporting requirements in Japan
* Prepare budget and estimations to the HQ
* Execute cash management
* Calculate commission/bonus for accrue and payment
* Liaise with HR on payroll in the issues related to tax, accounting, and reporting requirements
* Drive and ensure compliance with local laws & regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree and professional qualification in Accounting and Administration
* Knowledge of accounting standards, corporate reporting, tax legislation
* 5+ years' experience in financial and accountancy
* Experience in preparation of internal policies including statistic, accounting and taxation
* Experience working in an European or USA company
* High business level fluency in English and Japanese
