Senior manager title, standalone role in charge of medical planning and evidence generation for Liver areaYour new role
In close communication and collaboration with Japan Medical Affairs colleagues as well as Asia Pacific Region, the Medical Scientist is responsible to provide scientific/medical guidance, throughout product life cycle.
* Develop and execute medical activities, such as medical education and data generation
* Collaborate with clinical development, regulatory affairs, public affairs, commercial and other functions to ensure products are appropriately used
* Regular communication with KOLs including investigators for clinical trials, as appropriate to provide medical guidance for the clinical trials and more extensive background
* Work closely with our MSLs and Medical information in responding to medical / scientific queries
* Attend major conferences and helps coordinate medical affairs activities
* In the future, NASH may be scope, but until such decision, HCV and HVB are the clear focus

What you'll need to succeed
-Medical Affairs OR Clinical Development experience
-Scientific background, from Master of Science/pharmacist, etc.
-Fluent Japanese and Fluent English
-Taste for hands on involvement
-Experience in Liver or Infectious Diseases would be a strong plus; all therapeutic background will be considered
