Create and lead your team to launch highly innovative productsYour new role
* Manage and professionally develop medical managers, field (associate) director and MSLs including hiring, training, evaluation, motivation, etc.
* Maintain clinical, scientific, and technical expertise in his/her respective therapeutic area. Thus, excellent learning agility is expected
* Manage regular communication with KOLs and clinical trial investigators to provide medical guidance and more extensive background.
* Collaborate with clinical, regulatory affairs and commercial teams in multiple areas including publication planning, speaker education programs, regional consultant meetings, manuscript review and conference preparation

What you'll need to succeed
-Medical Affairs experience
-Experience in Immunology field, preferably Rheumatoid Arthritis
-Scientific background, from Bachelor of Science
-Team management experience
-Fluent Japanese and Fluent English
-Launch experience within Medical Affairs would be a strong plus
