A multinational energy company is seeking an APR Product Qualification Program Manager. This role involves occasional domestic and international business travel and simultaneous project management in product qualification. This position is based in either Tokyo or Shizuoka prefecture.
仕事内容
A multinational energy company is seeking an APR Product Qualification Program Manager.
Responsibilities:

* Design and execute product qualification and approval programs for automotive engine oil product line
* Provide technical support to APR customers and other Product Qualification teams globally
* Run programs in compliance with OEMs and Industry codes of practice
* Provide work direction to PQ Program Assistants who execute the details of the desired testing plans
* Plan and coordinate non-program projects such as process improvements, tool enhancements/integration, and consult on component development

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
* 5+ years' technical experience in the chemical industry
* Business level English (must be able to engage in technical/business discussions)
* Competency with Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
* Leadership skills desirable
