- An international manufacturer is now seeking a Controller who will lead the financial team. In this position, you will be expected to serve as a trusted financial advisor to the senior management on financial controlling matters.

An international manufacturer is now seeking a Controller.Responsibilities:
* Provide advice to the management based on financial data to improve the management system and profit
* Support preparation of monthly and year-end closings and recurrent/ad- hoc studies/analysis
* Provide permanent control of the evolution of results with suitable variances analysis (volume, price, mix, production variances) and follow-up corrective actions
* Lead, coordinate and develop the Finance team members
* Ensure proper maintenance and standardization of an efficient information system
* Promote the implementation of digital solutions - both global/regional and country-driven solutions (i.e. paperless process, analysis automation)
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance and a related discipline
* 5+ years of experience in the accounting/finance
* Experience of team/staff management
* Competency in ERP (SAP) system and MS Office tools
* Strong interpersonal skill, ability to work with cross-functional and multi-cultural team
* Native level Japanese and business level English (written and spoken)
* Experience of manufacturing plant costinq
