A prominent luxury goods company is in need of a Client Service Manager.Responsibilities:
* Manage the client service strategy and processes
* Ensure alignment with upper management on action plans and provide feedback on customer service performance
* Coach the team to deliver the best level of service to customers
* Determine team goals, identify training needs, and manage workforce planning
* Provide team training sessions and evaluate their effectiveness
* See that training is reflected in performance standards and goals
Requirements:
* 8+ years of leadership experience in a client services, retail, or hospitality environment
* Detailed understanding of omni-channel solutions in a retail environment
* Management skills
* Proficiency in customer service IT and web-based systems
* Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) with experience in modelling and analysis
* Fluent level English and Japanese
