An international provider of adhesive solutions is looking to hire a QA/QC Manager with a background in chemistry. This position will be responsible for providing oversight to matters related to quality control, R&D and ISO management. You will be based in either Osaka or Nara Prefecture.
仕事内容
An international provider of adhesive solutions is looking to hire a QA/QC Manager with a background in chemistry.
Responsibilities:

* Approve quality inspection reports of local trade products and products for import/export
* Review and approves quality test reports of product returns inspections and corresponding recommendations
* Support quality and customer complaint handling with relevant departments
* Ensure that products meet standard specifications in terms of quality, quantity and set processing time
* Maintain and update products specifications with R&D
* Maintain and update product records of ISO related documents in the Document Control Centre (DCC)

Requirements:

* 5+ years' experience in QA/QC with product development or as a technical support chemist in the adhesive or chemical manufacturing industry
* 3+ years' experience with people management
* 3+ years' experience with project management preferred
* Experience with ISO9000
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related discipline
* Relevant licenses desirable
