A widely respected financial company is looking for a new Client Service Assistant Manager.Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent services for clients in compliance with company guidelines mainly via telephone and email such as account maintenance, payments, general online banking inquires, troubleshooting, claims, etc.
* Maintain a detailed banking knowledge make effective use of risk management controls
* Make use of service recovery skills in order to resolve concerns in a timely manner which avoids repeat occurrences
* Actively explore opportunities to expand the company's business by maintaining good relationships with clients
* Work with various product teams to contribute to the development of the best possible client service strategy and global liquid cash management products
* Cooperate closely with the sales, implementation and integration teams in order to keep pace with the clients' evolving challenges and requirements
* Ensure compliance to all rules and regulations relevant to the business
Requirements:
* 5+ years' of banking experience including customer service and call centre experience
* Experience in payments and cash management with the ability to identify client needs and requirements
* Experience working with local and global stakeholders
* Team management experience in a multi-cultural environment
* Detailed understanding of risk management and risk mitigation
* Native level Japanese; business level English (written and spoken)
