A prominent e-commerce company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.Responsibilities:
* Cooperate with customers to ensure successful solution delivery
* Effectively communicate the benefits from cloud adoption to customers
* Develop an understanding of customer requirements and provide appropriate technical cloud solutions and architecture designs
* Create and present solution architecture designs to senior personnel
* Assist customers in migrating their existing IT system onto the Company's Cloud platforms
* Conduct demo development and testing as needed
Requirements:
* Strong computer science skills with a good understanding of networks, servers, storage systems, enterprise applications, and cloud architecture design
* Proficiency in procedures and tools for application migration and cloud solutions for enterprise customers
* Strong proofreading and editing skills with the ability to create documentation for cloud architectures
* Fluent level or higher Japanese; business level English
