An international chemical manufacturer is seeking a highly motivated, bilingual candidate for the role of Senior Credit Analyst.Responsibilities:
* Manage credit related matters including customer credit evaluation and approval of payment terms and credit limits within the delegation of authority
* Ensure compliance to the company credit policies and procedures
* Work with commercial and other support functions in credit control processes in order to achieve credit performance targets
* Provide advice and consulting for business and/or commercial management on all credit related matters, including planning and reporting of DSO and other credit performance measures
* Provide counselling for business and set credit strategy for controlling credit exposure and optimizing risk versus return
* Identify, quantify and assess credit risk, market and counter-party risks
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline
* 5+ years' experiences in credit management
* Advanced verbal and written proficiency in both Japanese and English
