This position will cooperate with the client executive and other regional teams to carry out the general account strategy in Europe, Asia, and America. The candidate in this role will need to build customer relationships, leverage internal partners, develop account strategies, sell solutions to customers, and manage contracts and pipelines.

A global internet company is searching for a new Global Account Manager.Responsibilities:
* Maintain good relationships with customers and coordinate with the global account management team to conduct quarterly business reviews and process customer requests
* Coordinate sales strategy with the extended sales team and external partners
* Conduct detailed research of customer's business to develop territory strategy plans which support the global account strategy
* Track activities related to the fiscal year plans and communicate activities to internal partners and stakeholders
* Identify customer's business needs and propose solutions based on the global account plan
* Use Salesforce.com to create forecasts for the next year
* Negotiate complex contracts
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience
* Microsoft office proficiency
* Fluent Japanese; fluent English
