A prominent consumer goods company is looking to hire a Project Lead. This position will be responsible for maintaining indirect retail touch points and increasing consumer acquisition and retention.
仕事内容
A prominent consumer goods company is looking to hire a Project Lead.
Responsibilities:

* Manage new touch points and development beyond existing stores
* Keep alignment with internal and global stakeholders for project management
* Carry out all the agreed commercial plans to responsible touch points
* Keep consistency in design and customer experiences across the channel
* Give training to the retail staff while working with the retail staff development team
* Achieve all the operational KPIs

Requirements:

* 7+ years of experience in store development or new business development in FMCG
* 2+ years of working experience in key account sales or regional sales
* Technical understanding of how to start new business
* Project management skills
* Strong communication proficiency in Japanese and intermediate level English
