This position will be responsible for supporting business growth by acquiring new customers, upselling programs, supporting launches, and ensuring customers receive a full value experience. 仕事内容
A health and lifestyle group is looking to hire a Customer Experience Manager.
Responsibilities:

* Manage partners across Japan
* Carry out new business development activities
* Meet revenue and sales targets
* Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of market trends
* Support customers in achieving their business goals and cultivate a love for health and lifestyle management
* Cooperate with the regional team to support instructor recruitment and talent development activities

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree
* Experience in B2B sales with experience building long term partnerships of more than 5 years
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Strong data management skills and Salesforce proficiency
* Experience in Japanese business
* Native level Japanese is required; Business level English is a plus
