An international IT technology company is seeking an Integration Engineer. In this role, you will work with the engineer team and report to the CTO.Responsibilities:
* Drive technical design, implementation, and deployment of system integration with 3rd party system on top of the company's location intelligence platform
* Work closely with Front End and Back End engineers, ensuring compatibility between systems, as well as the ensure the scalability, performance, and operationalisation in mind during development and deployment
* As the integration engineer, you will also need to communicate with 3rd party contacts from time to time
Requirements:
* Experience of writing codes for Web APIs
* Experience of design patterns involving APIs that communicate with many backend components.
* Some familiarity with AWS and GCP for development and deployment, and network protocol for Web Services
* Decent understanding of total Software Development Lifecycle management
* Good communication skills
* Be comfortable to work in ambiguous and fast-pacing start-up environment
* Self-starter and action/goal oriented rather than process/rule oriented
* Bilingual in Japanese and English
* Professional capability in SQL query and data system design including data modelling
