- A multinational software vendor is looking to hire a motivated and entrepreneurial Client Solution Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of experience in sales assistance, client administration, contract management, or engagement.

【年収800万円～1000万円】Responsibilities:
* Gather information about leads and allocate them appropriately
* Support the client solution team to help increase the number of clients and develop client businesses
* Update and maintain the CRM system (Salesforce.com)
* Manage and develop best client operation standards
* Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or Computer Science
* At least a year of experience in sales assistance, client administration, contract management, or engagement
* Experience with and strong understanding of Salesforce, CRM, and other related applications
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
* Verbal and written fluency in both Japanese and English (TOEIC 850+)
