In this role, a broad knowledge of basic HR processes goes a long way to being a successful, contributing member of the HR department, boosting the efficiency in hiring, labour relations, payroll management and reporting.

An international manufacturer of pump solutions is seeking to hire an HR Coordinator with an excellent command of English.Responsibilities:
* Maintain local and SAP master data including creation of new employee profiles, register externals, terminations, organisation modifications, personnel information changes
* Manage systems for local payroll administration, attendance, hazard identification, pay-slip management
* Assist and provide local HR support on recruitment
* Coordinate new hire onboarding and offboarding
* Prepare employee termination packages and process retirement payments for leavers
* Manage special payments and deductions, maintain any change records in payroll system, prepare yearly payroll closures
* Submit annual reports to public pension and health insurance companies and public/non-public workers compensation insurance
Requirements:
* Business level verbal and written fluency in English
* Relevant experience in HR desirable
* Generic knowledge of HR processes preferred
