A prominent consumer goods company is in need of an Airport manager.Responsibilities:
* Plan and follow up the deployment of the annual commercial retail calendar
* Ensure quality retail experience and consumer journeys
* Adhere to operational excellence best practices for a superior consumer experience
* Conduct store management
* Evaluate implementation of team values, culture and code of conduct among shop staff
* Evaluate store organisational structure
* Monitor and report critical business and consumer KPIs
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 10+ years of experience in consumer-facing retail operations, including upscale products and services
* Extensive background in retail operation management, budgeting, and planning
* Experience managing culturally and demographically diverse teams
* Effective communication proficiency in English and Japanese.
