A successful digital marketing organisation is searching for a Country Manager.Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership for the region's business in a competitive market
* Promote retention of clients by establishing a consultative and trusted advisor relationship
* Stay up to date on all other products and services, competitive product lines, and industry trends
* Oversee recruitment and management staff
* Communicate the needs of the customers and identify new business opportunities
* Lead all operations within the region, and oversee profit, revenue, quality targets, and recruitment
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a prominent university
* 6+ years of experience in senior management
* Strong understanding of the local e-commerce industry is a plus
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Native level Japanese; business level English
