- An international advertising and media technology company is seeking a Finance Manager to take care of all corporate finance matters. This position requires frequent communication with the UK headquarters and reporting directly to the Managing Director in Japan.

An international advertising and media technology company is seeking a Finance Manager to take care of all corporate finance matters.Responsibilities:
* Develop appropriate financial procedures and controls
* Prepare management accounts for the UK parent company
* Prepare internal management reports such as monthly revenue flash reports and debtor reports
* Supervise all company balance sheet reconciliations
* Oversee all local compliance matters within Japan including consumption tax, regulatory and tax filings
* Assess accounting systems currently used and recommend alternatives to comply with Japanese regulations
Requirements:
* An accounting qualification
* Business level written and verbal fluency in both English and Japanese
* Experience of working in an international organization
* Experience with integration and implementation of global financial control systems
* Knowledge of and experience with accounting processes in Japan
