A global vehicle manufacturer is searching for an Engineering Director with extensive product development experience in the automotive industry. Based in Saitama, you will deliver the project portfolio related to vehicle engineering to ensure the total technical delivery of each project.
仕事内容
A global vehicle manufacturer is searching for an Engineering Director with extensive product development experience in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:

* Ensure quality maintenance deliveries are performed in line with decided targets
* Organize regular project governance meetings
* Ensure that project and maintenance deliveries are made in line with technical strategies
* Consolidate and challenge overall technical development costs for the assigned project portfolio
* Develop project time plans that are tailored to the content of each project
* Maintain and improve processes and tools in order to continuously improve operational efficiency
* Lead and continuously develop department personnel

Requirements:

* Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
* 10+ years' product development experience in the automotive industry
* 5+ years' leadership experience in line/project management
* Strong knowledge of automotive products and markets
* Verbal and written fluency in English
