A global brand of skincare and cosmetics is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with experience working in an international company.Responsibilities:
* Prepare internal reports related Digital and S&A activities for senior management team and supporting their decision making
* Support strategic decision making in change programs, investment propositions, non Cogs sourcing strategies and sourcing decisions
* Analyze key cost drivers and provide proactive decision support, including development and maintenance of KPIs and timely follow-up actions
* Perform ad-hoc analysis, participation to projects to improve company's financial performance
* Challenge status quo and deliver continuous process improvement
* Support Finance Manager on any other tasks to deliver expected results related to Retail, Digital, and S&A
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years' experience in working in finance/accounting teams
* Work experience in the finance/accounting departments within an international company
* Book-keeping 2nd grade, BATIC controller level or above
* Competency in Excel (vlookup, sumif, sumproduct, simple VBA programming, etc.), Word and PowerPoint
* Cost analysis experience in international companies desirable
* B2C, FMCG and/ or Retail business experiences would be a plus
* US CPA preferred
