A leading global pharmaceutical and consumer goods firm is looking for a candidate for the role of the L&D Specialist.Responsibilities:
* Deliver manager and employee training to reinforce high quality conversations to drive employee engagement
* Design, develop and deliver onboarding process and programs to support the effective integration of new employees through training and education
* Manage enrolments, participant communications, supervisor and facilitator communications and cancelations for learning activities
* Coordinate activities that are part of the learning programs
* Assist the P&D/L&D Manager in generation of the L&D budget
* Process and track expenses for L&D programs via accounting systems
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in HR, human sciences or a related discipline
* 3+ years' relevant work experience
* Experience in diagnosing organizational needs
* Experience in designing and implementing solutions to build functional and leadership capability of the organization
* Experience in creating and implementing performance, leadership and development activities in complex, multi-functional business environments
