募集背景
A multinational manufacturer of automotive components is in need of a Sales Manager for its suspension division. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales activities to Japanese OEM customers in all market regions, leading a small sales team to achieve global business targets.
仕事内容
A multinational manufacturer of automotive components is in need of a Sales Manager for its suspension division.
Responsibilities:

* Lead the global and domestic mid-term planning and sales reporting processes
* Lead the domestic budget planning process
* Lead a team of Japan-based sales professionals and review their performance as needed
* Communicate with customers regarding sales-related matters
* Collaborate with global management to find maximum alignment in vision, objectives, processes, and data exchange
* Collaborate with regional business unit sales & engineering to optimize alignment of Japanese OEM business objectives

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
* 5+ years' experience in the automotive industry
* Experience in key account management, costing, pricing, purchasing, and P&L
* Fluency in Japanese; proficiency in English; German is also a plus
