The purpose of this position is to provide support for defining and implementing competitive and equitable compensation and/or benefits programs to attract, motivate and retain talents.

A multinational software company is looking for a Compensation, Benefits & Recognition Analyst who can ideally speak 1+ Asian languages.Responsibilities:
* Manage regional compensation and benefits surveys
* Collect/analyze news and information regarding compensation trends in Asia Pacific region
* Review comp data quality in PeopleSoft to improve the accuracy
* Support preparing different analysis to secure that the 3DS compensation practice is aligned with the market practices
* Support Variable Pay Payout process preparation
* Assist Annual Compensation Review preparation and process
* Support compensation and benefits projects at global, regional and country level
* Support compensation and benefits convergence in related to M&A
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in C&B or finance/accounting
* Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Human Resources or a related discipline
* Advanced level proficiency in Excel
* Business level fluency in English
* Knowledge of an Asian language is a plus
