A global luxury hotel chain is looking to hire a Director of Finance as the organization's strategic financial business leader.Responsibilities:
* Develop means to improve profit, including estimating cost and benefit, exploring new business opportunities, etc.
* Prepare the annual operating budget for the property
* Establish a system of appropriate controls to manage business risks
* Manage the development and implementation of a comprehensive annual business plan which is aligned with the company's and brand's strategic direction.
* Lead internal, external and regulatory audit processes
* Carry out annual performance appraisals with direct reports according to standard operating procedure
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
* 3+ years of experience in finance and accounting or related professional area
* Basic computer skills
