A leading IT service provider is looking to hire a Channel Sales Manager with a background in sales in the tech industry.Responsibilities:
* Target partners to fill solution gaps for business applications
* Research and analyse potential new partners
* Seek and articulate market insights about chief competitors
* Contact target partner to evangelise profitability of the company relationship, value proposition, and quantify market opportunity for the partner
* Create and execute a go-to-market plan to capture new business for the partner
* Execute timely and appropriate transfer of partner-to-partner management teams for long-term partnership or transfer partner to programmatic assistance when recruitment engagement is complete
Requirements:
* 7+ years of sales experience including partner channel development, business development, and/or alliance management in the technology industry
* Experience in cloud and/or business applications domain, as an industry practitioner or as a seller
* Experience with business applications and technology platforms and developing new solutions
* Experience with managing teams across functions and geographies
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations or a related discipline
* MBA preferred
